Infinite Enemies
Hello and welcome back to Moments in Time developer updates!
Shooting mechanic is now live. Every bullets to hit an enemy will reduce that enemies health (same goes for you!). Whenever an enemy's health reaches 0 or less, they will be dead. But that maybe just temporary. Whenever the player rewind time, any enemy hurt or dies within the last 5 seconds will be magically brought back to life, ready for action. This brings out some very interesting gameplay strategy as rewinding too soon may put the player in the middle of hordes of enemies, but rewinding too late may lead to very risky scenario. Timing is everything!
Meanwhile, our art department is grinding hard to bring the best sprites on to the game. It will be a while before they are in game however, as some sprites may need some adjustments and improvements. With the deadline of prototype release looming on the horizon, our team is busy juggling the development of game and our other lives. Don't worry! We'll do our best to keep up with updates.
On other note, it seems we may have forgotten to check the box under the post page to mark it as "published" last week. Whoops! We'll be more careful next time, promise! Until then, stay tuned for next week updates!
